Intelligent.com is a lead-generating website focused on connecting its target users - prospective students seeking higher education - to several programs that match their criteria. Prior to my team’s redesign efforts, they lacked a cohesive design system from type hierarchy to visual continuity, as well as outdated UI for their primary conversion tools. Our solutions included a focused, actionable homepage, updated UI elements for their multi-step conversion tool, and a stylistically consistent design system including cleaner type hierarchy and scalable illustrative visuals.

Reviews.com is a consumer-focused website that provides in-depth reviews, comparisons, and recommendations for various products and services to help users make informed purchasing decisions. When I joined, the design system was focused around long-form editorial content that relied on simple text hyperlinks for conversion. My team’s work centered around creating a design system that reliably helped our consumers reach their purchase destination through conversion rate optimization, along with some fine-tuning of an external rebrand to fit business needs - earning a 20% revenue increase, equating to $100K in monthly gains.

Before my team’s involvement, the website lacked intentional branding and a cohesive design system. Collaborating with the product owner, we developed a new brand identity and an organized design system to enhance their web presence.
