Hello, I’m Sam, and I've been a creative professional for 20+ years in wildly varied start-up environments—from high fashion ($300 gold-threaded Japanese Supima denim, anyone?) to photo-blogging mobile apps (we could have been Instagram, am I right?), from early online viral marketing (when being constantly on Digg’s front page was... cool?) to the online reviews space (before AI killed the SEO star). It’s been a ride.

Beyond work, I keep things moving—literally. I run daily for my physical and mental health, never skipping a pre-sunrise run when traveling internationally. I also play and obsess over soccer, following Leicester City FC's 1-in-5000 triumph and devastating heartbreaks (mostly the latter this season, let’s be honest). I spent a decade coaching boys' youth soccer, where I first learned the art of mentorship, patience, and celebrating small wins (I still grab lunch with some of the boys to this day).

When I’m not running or on the pitch, I’m binge-watching whatever my wife is into (Bridgerton, anyone?), turning life into unnecessary spreadsheets (packing lists, meal tracking, FIFA career lineups—you name it), and playing the world’s slowest games of chase with our sweet Swiss Shepherd, Beemo. Oh, and I draw low-fidelity line portraits on Instagram (@lofidelityline)—because creativity doesn’t stop at work.
